摘要: Diagnostics of a vehicle’s chassis allows the evaluation technical state components that significantly affect safety. The advance measurement techniques for development special diagnostic lines in form complex devices equipped with computerized inspection systems used during periodic vehicle diagnostics. Means transport, which belong to high-risk group fault occurrence, or vehicles public need frequent and rapid their condition safety reasons. Vision enable one conduct automated without stopping process. Such solutions are security systems, designed detect missing foreign elements can be potentially hazardous (e.g. explosive materials) [1]. In most cases, standard visible light cameras used. There known examples usage infrared automatic brakes, bearings, tires trucks [2]. Hybrid vision methods combining advantages both also applied railroad 96 1-2014 PROBLEMY EKSPLOATACJI – MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS assess braking system, electrical detection failures, as well identification damaged parts [3]. article describes hybrid method uses measuring head two cameras: observe (VIS) another (IR) bandwidths. Exemplary results such tests performed on large-size transport presented. Both limitations proposed given.
