摘要: Cell migration is central to the development and maintenance of multicellular organisms. Fundamental understanding cell can, for example, direct novel therapeutic strategies control invasive tumor cells. However, study yields an overabundance experimental data that require demanding processing analysis results extraction. Computational methods tools have therefore become essential in quantification modeling data. We review computational approaches key tasks vitro migration: image pre-processing, motion estimation feature Moreover, we summarize current state-of-the-art silico migration. Finally, provide a list available software assist researchers choosing most appropriate solution their needs.
