摘要: We carry out an experimental feasibility study of a magnetic field sensor based on the kinetic inductance high critical temperature (high-Tc) superconductor yttrium barium copper oxide. pattern thin superconducting films into radio-frequency resonators that feature pick-up loop. At 77 K and for film thicknesses down to 75 nm, we observe persistence screening currents modulate loop inductance. report device with sensitivity 4 pT/Hz, instantaneous dynamic range 11 μT, operability in fields up 28 μT. According results concept appears attractive sensing applications ambient environments.
