摘要: An electrochemical method for the indirect determination of acetamiprid was studied, using titanium dioxide photocatalysts coupled with a carbon paste electrode. The cyclic voltammetric results indicated that photocatalytic degradation compound had electroactivity in neutral solutions. amount further indirectly determined by differential pulse anodic stripping analysis as sensitive detection technique. experimental parameters were optimized regard to time, pH buffer solution, accumulation potential and time. Under optimal conditions, proposed could detect concentrations ranging from 0.01 2.0μM, limit (3S/N) 0.2nM. Moreover, displays excellent selectivity, good reproducibility, acceptable operational stability can be successfully applied vegetable samples satisfying results.
