Preparation of Cd/Pb Chalcogenide Heterostructured Janus Particles via Controllable Cation Exchange

摘要: We developed a strategy for producing quasi-spherical nanocrystals of anisotropic heterostructures Cd/Pb chalcogenides. The nanostructures are fabricated via controlled cation exchange reaction where the Cd2+ is exchanged Pb2+ cation. thermally activated and can be by adjusting temperature or time. characterized particles using TEM, XPS, PL, absorption spectroscopy. With complete exchange, high quality Pb-chalcogenide quantum dots produced. In addition to Cd2+, we also find suitable conditions Zn2+ cations cations. starting at one edge proceeds along ⟨111⟩ direction sharp interface (111) crystallographic plane. Instead spherical core/shell structures, produced studied CdS/PbS CdSe/PbSe Janus-type heterostructures. Nontrivial PL behavior was observed from CdS(e)/PbS(e) heteros...
