Effect of Physical Activity and Vitamin D Status on Geriatrics Obesity

摘要: Vitamin D levels in the body are decreased tropical countries. This may be due to a decrease physical activity, age and obesity risk factor for vitamin levels. study aims determine differences level of activity geriatrics non-obesity D. research method is observational with case-control design. The was conducted at Public Health Center Taman, Sidoarjo district, East Java March–July 2017. Geriatric were grouped into 2 groups obese non-obese by using mass index (BMI) calculations. Respondents given questionnaire assess status. Furthermore, an assessment status performed on each respondent. first 30 people validity test (r>0.361) reliability (Cronbach alpha=0.731). results showed no significant between two (chi-square, p=0.883). can seen as difference p=o.o42). In conclusion, had similar but tended lower than non-obese. PENGARUH AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN STATUS VITAMIN TERHADAP OBESITAS  GERIATRI Kadar dalam tubuh semakin menurun di negara yang beriklim tropis. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh penurunan aktivitas fisik, usia, dan obesitas menjadi faktor risiko kadar Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan tingkat fisik pada geriatri nonobesitas terhadap Metode penelitian adalah dengan desain kasus kontrol. dilakukan Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur bulan Maret–Juli Responden penimbangan berat badan pengukuran tinggi untuk dikelompokkan kelompok, yaitu kelompok menggunakan perhitungan indeks massa (IMT). diberikan kuesioner menilai Selanjutnya, penilaian tiap-tiap responden. Kuesioner telah kepada orang uji validitas (r>0,361) reliabilitas alfa=0,731). Hasil memperlihatkan tidak terdapat signifikan antara kedua (chi-kuadrat, p=0,883). Pada terlihat p=0,042). Simpulan, memiliki sama, sedangkan cenderung lebih rendah dibanding nonobesitas.
