摘要: Modern hospitals are extremely complex organizational bodies. They combine three distinct professional cultures: physicians, nurses, and administrators who all live up to different role models, they divided into traditionally well defended territories of specialized services having their own, sometimes insular cultures. Still, established basic rules quality management apply.
