摘要: Bleomycin showed toxicity to lung and was recognized induce a well model of fibrosis. Activated alveolar macrophages released increased amounts transforming growth factor-beta1(TGF-beta1) in response bleomycin-induced injury. Thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) involved the activation latent TGF-beta1(L-TGF-beta1) through association TSP-1/L-TGF-beta1 complex with cell receptor TSP-1, CD36. The antagonistic effects synthetic peptides were studied by administration TSP-1 (447-452) mouse model. hydroxyproline contents TSP-1-treated groups significantly lower than those other experimental groups. Inflammation, fibrotic degree distribution collagen fibers interstitial less expressions I III peptide reduced tissue pathologies accumulation model, resulting decreased severity
