摘要: The ORF100 region within Pst-12 fragment of chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) in rice (Oryza sativa) were amplified by polymerase chain reaction 137 cultivars and 117 strains wild from various countries. Two cpDNA types, with without a deletion at the region, found. In O. sativa, 63 74 had non-deletion cpDNAs, respectively. It corresponded to indica japonica classified morphological physiological characters. Plant groups 45 having 72 spDNA found rice. Wild species that distantly related sativa mostly cpDNAs deletion. is likely have differentiated rufipogon. Annual types rufipogon tend deletion, while perennial loose it. results this study supported view before domestication.
