摘要: The HIV-1 isolate CBL-4 (RUT), originating from Tanzania, was characterized using a comprehensive virus-typing system. This system included sequence analysis of the region coding for neutralization domain in third variable (V3) external envelope and tat responsive (TAR) after polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification these sequences cellular DNA (RUT) producer line. Based on independent cluster TAR V3 virus positioned closest to Z6 (and ELI) African family. amino acid surface particle confirmed by inhibition synthetic peptide derived nucleic sequence. Using antisense phosphate-methylated covering loop LAV-1/HTLV-IIIB, HTLV-IIIB HTLV-IIIRF infection seen, whereas no observed indicating two or more mismatches region, characteristic shared with virus, but not ELI. We propose based binding antibody group viruses laboratory use vaccine design.
