摘要: Abstract Tm:Y2O3 transparent ceramics were obtained by sintering at 1850 °C for 25 h. Effect of different dispersants and binders to the quality studied. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as dispersant. Mixture polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) glycerol added binders. Dispersants are useful promote optical properties dramatically. And can increase transmittance in infrared range ceramics, but it will decrease visible range. The 2 μm emission bands observed under laser diode excitation 780 nm doped sample with 1 at.% Tm3+.
