摘要: The use of radiolabeled displacement assays has allowed the identification specific 14C-ethylene binding sites in all tissues so far studied [7, 22]. Virtually higher plants investigated contain at least two classes ethylene-binding site; one which fully associates and dissociates about 2 h a class that takes up to 20 become saturated 13 for half dissociation occur. Although there appears be kinetically distinct populations site, both have similar high affinities ethylene its physiologically active analogues [17, 18].
