摘要: Abstract Gas mixing in a T-shape micromixer has been simulated using the direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) method present paper. The adequate is considered to be obtained when mass composition of species, CO or N2, deviates by not more than ±1% from its equilibrium composition. coefficient was defined as ratio length main channel height. It observed that two gas streams started diffuse at inlet T junction before subsequent mixing. This phenomenon quite distinguished what have their macro counterparts. results show with certain Knudsen number (Kn), maintaining scale geometry, no difference occurs process along channel. As Kn increases, while diffusion molecules behaves active, decreases. Furthermore, increasing pressure will cause increase, since convection effect stream pronounced compared effect. Increasing flow temperature wall can both enhance performance, significant.
