摘要: OBJECTIVE: To determine clinical predictors for blood pressure and/or renal function improvement after artery stent placement in atherosclerotic stenosis (ARAS). METHODS: We searched PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane databases prospective studies investigating predictive variables ARAS. Eleven (1552 participants) were selected our systematic review meta-analysis. Meta-regression analysis was performed to investigate heterogeneity independent the outcome variables. Bias evaluated by use of risk bias tool. RESULTS: Multivariate meta-regression showed no improvement. High baseline diastolic (DBP) pulse significantly associated with decrease intervention. These results consistent reported individual studies. Meta-analysis a nonsignificant decline serum creatinine 4.7 mumol/l [95% confidence interval (Cl) -13.8 4.5]. Overall, systolic (SBP) fell 19.2 mmHg (95% Cl -22.7 -15.7) DBP decreased 8.9 -10.8 -7.0). Risk present majority CONCLUSIONS: The did not find characteristic that reliably predicts outcome. predicted smaller SBP intervention best predictor larger reduction high pretreatment DBP.
