摘要: The cytoplasm status according to mitochondrial sequence tags was determined in agamospermous sugar beet progenies characterized by unstable manifestation of cytoplasmic male sterility. detected variations the ratios homologous sequences related N and S mtDNA types did not correlate with pollen phenotypes plants. Polymerase chain reaction allowed semiquantitative evaluation these their detection. A cDNA corresponding a hitherto unknown minor RNA containing consensus dicotyledonous plant promoters mtRNA display. Probable sources CMS variability are discussed.
