摘要: Both genetic and non-genetic risk factors are thought to contribute liability for, the development of, schizophrenia. Genetic epidemiology consistently supports involvement of genes in liability. Molecular studies have made slow progress identifying specific genes, but recent suggests that a number contributing been identified. These collective results complex inconsistent with single common DNA variant any gene influencing across human populations. No has yet unambiguously Contemporary approaches hold great promise further elucidate their potential inter-relationship. In order understand why researchers come these conclusions, we will review what is known about molecular genetics schizophrenia some detail. We also consider how this field study informs our understanding structure factors.
