摘要: Abstract The recent medium and strong-intensity earthquakes have caused high economic losses highlighted a low resilience of communities. former are due to the vulnerability buildings correlated system. Thus, for each single building, relatively simple investigations effective strategies could be defined. communities is strongly conditioned by housing system, their long recovery time several social-economic-management issues. In other words, seismic seems very poor. Besides, only in last years studies on system been developed, but general qualitative or conceptual way. this study, some evaluations proposals reported about actual its investigation model. Finally, new model improve quantify proposed. It useful define mitigation based prioritization retrofit interventions oriented towards increase resilience. Similarly, priority schemes should able address resources less seismically resilient areas building types. proposed allows first attempt probabilistic quantification
