摘要: This paper describes the measurement principle, mathematical model, calibration procedure, and error model of a range sensor based on Coded-Light Approach. The consists CCD camera stripe projector. 3-D measurements are realized by intersection rays with planes generated projection. Using projective geometry renders projector linear. A procedure general least squares estimation is proposed. analytic stochastic sensor, which yields estimations parameters as well their accuracies. With introduction unknown check points in accuracy obtained main result this work. confidence interval represented an ellipsoid. It turned out that longest axis ellipsoid almost parallel to projector’s optical axis. noise dependence distance camera, orientation measured surface, given. empirical achieved our experiments confirms estimated theoretical precision axes lengths
