摘要: Purpose: Overdiagnosis and undertreatment of varicocele may be responsible for the poor outcome varicocelectomy. In this study we used color Doppler ultrasound accurate diagnosis grading varicocele, predicting microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy.Materials Methods: A total 104 patients undergoing varicocelectomy treatment infertility were included in study. Patients evaluated with routine history, physical examination, semen analysis, hormonal assessment scrotal ultrasound, Doppler. After improvement index sperm concentration was calculated by dividing difference between postoperative preoperative concentration. Improvement greater than 0.5 is considered a good outcome.
