摘要: Forty-eight human milk samples were collected from primiparous mothers in Osaka City June 1999 to January 2000 and analyzed for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), dibenzofurans (PCDFs), dioxin-like coplanar biphenyls (CoPCBs). Mean toxic equivalents (TEQs) the 13.86 pg I-TEQ/g fat or 16.50 World Health Organization (WHO)-TEQ/g PCDDs PCDFs; 9.87 WHO-TEQ/g CoPCBs; 23.74 TEQ/g using I-TEQ values of PCDFs 26.36 WHO-TEQ total PCDDs, PCDFs, CoPCBs. The TEQ levels these chemicals range surveyed Japan, but CoPCBs our study slightly higher than average Japan. When comparing data with latest United States some European countries, relatively high, whereas those ranked as being intermediate level. Only found correlate increasing age their estimated intake seafood during year before pregnancy. Concentrations PCBs 105 118 contributed associated intake, 156, 157, 114, 189, 167, 169 maternal age.
