Combination chemotherapy in lymphosarcoma and reticulum cell sarcoma.

摘要: Patients with lymphosarcoma and reticulum cell sarcoma were randomly allocated to treatment cyclophosphamide alone or two dosage levels of combinations cyclophosphamide, vincristine prednisone. Remission induction was significantly better for the patients high dose combination patients. Toxicity, more pronounced combination, tolerable. Remissions as measured by decrease in tumor size associated improvement hemoglobin, performance, food intake, weight fever. The study provides impetus further trial other drug schedules.
