摘要: Lambl's excrescences (LEs) are filiform strands that form on heart valves and associated with an increased risk of stroke due to embolization. Although resection these is generally recommended in patients who present a no other identifiable cause, the management incidentally discovered LEs without adverse cardioembolic event less clear. We report case patient severe mitral valve stenosis from rheumatic disease large left atrial thrombus was found have multiple her aortic valve. In addition replacing removing thrombi, we resected their potential cause relatively low morbidity resecting them while keeping leaflets function intact.
