摘要: Progesterone is a mammalian hormone that has also been discovered in plants but its physiological function not explained. Experiments using inhibitors of progesterone synthesis and binding would be useful studies on the significance this compound plants. Until now, trilostane mifepristone have used medical sciences as biosynthesis inhibitors, respectively. We tested these synthetic steroids for first time found they reduced content wheat. The aim further experiments was to answer whether potential disturbances production/binding progesterone, influence resistance environmental stress (drought) development Inhibitors were applied via roots concentration 0.25-0.5mg/l water. Both lowered activity CO2 enzyme (Rubisco) wheat exposed drought additionally chlorophyll content. However, trilostane-treated rescued by treatment with exogenous progesterone. modulated winter wheat, which indicated steroid regulators their receptors process. In study, addition brassinosteroid (24-epibrassinolide) an inhibitor brassinosteroids applied. Mifepristone inhibited generative (like 24-epibrassinolide), while brassinosteroids) stimulated development. propose model steroid-induced regulation where act development, or other pregnane derivatives stimulators.
