摘要: Literature about the clinical characteristics of herniation lumbar intervertebral disc is profuse. Due to their predominant frequency, attention was almost entirely devoted L-4 and L-5 prolapses. As accuracy still remains a very important target, specially in departments where myelography not used for diagnosis this entity, authors thought it interest describe picture L-3-herniated disc. Special stress placed on motor involvement.
