摘要: Postoperative imaging after colorectal surgery Surgery for the treatment of diseases has been evolving rapidly recently. In addition to classical surgical procedures (colectomy, abdominoperineal resection), new include coloproctectomy with creation an ileoanal anastomosis and ileal pouch, pelvic reconstructions (omentoplasty, placement myocutaneous flaps) different colic anastomoses anterior rectal resection. Even if computed tomography fluoroscopic contrast examinations are still commonly used assess postoperative changes complications, especially infections, magnetic resonance is useful depict changes, detect complications such as fistulas tumor recurrence in patients who have undergone primary or recurrent disease. The main techniques, their respective indications postsurgical features will be discussed. work-up also reviewed.
