摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle body assembly quality online diagnosis method based on component measuring point distance abnormality judgment, which combines the process relation and clamp positioning information, extracts out-of-tolerance points in data of tail end detection station, achieves determination defective components. faulty station is realized by discriminating potential stations related components from top bottom judging analyzing difference between actual standard parts. In fault relative distances key parts are different, so as achieve parts' defects. Meanwhile, according in-station deviation model estimation method, element solved, guide making system maintenance strategy. With precision improved, source can be found more timely single-vehicle diagnosis, thereby reducing loss caused fault.
