摘要: The buildup of the internal bias in time and decrease by forced switching polarization an ac field have been described empirically various authors. Both dependencies can now be derived from a simple model, proposed recently G. Arlt H. Neumann [Ferroelectrics 87, 109 (1988)]. In this model oxygen vacancy is mobile particle octaeder which encloses acceptor ion on Ti site. associate acceptor/oxygen electric elastic dipole orient polarized ferroelectric material. differential equation for Ei(t) solved increase bias. two solutions are completely different laws. They agree well with former new observations. Characteristic parameters experimentally observed dependencies.
