New PCR method to differentiate species in the Aspergillus niger aggregate

摘要: The DNA that encodes the 5.8S gene of ribosomal RNA and two intergenic spacers ITS1 ITS2 proposed type strains Aspergillus niger aggregate (A. tubingensis) have been sequenced. By comparison sequences we found both species could be differentiated by RsaI digestion PCR products mentioned regions. This method a useful tool in identification A. aggregate, especially studies involve large number isolates.
