摘要: It has been evidenced that arsenic in garlic is present the most toxic inorganic species As(III) and As(V). A non-chromatographic speciation method developed for screening of As samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The determination As(V) was based on different efficiencies with NaBH4 without a previous reduction ascorbic acid KI using system two proportional equations corresponding to these measurement conditions. extraction efficiency total stability media (sulphuric acid, perchloric methanol/water) were evaluated. Based yield extracted species, 1.0 mol L−1 H2SO4 selected as best extracting solution analysis. methodology allows us limit detection 0.8 0.6 ng g−1 As(V), respectively. relative standard deviation values 4% 7% This applied determine As(III), Spanish samples.
