摘要: Between November 1985 and October 1986, attitudes habits towards smoking were investigated among young adult amateur athletes of the province Pordenone, in northeastern part Italy. Seventy-five percent had never smoked 21% current smokers. Compared with general population, smokers 1/3 fewer males 1/5 more females; a higher number ex-smokers was found both sexes. The major determinants kind sport which engaged (percentages endurance sports, football other, less exhaustive, sports respectively 3%, 23% 20%) having parents who themselves detrimental effects on health underestimated by great majority interviewed subjects. present study supports view that regular phsical activity not only prevents youths from starting to smoke but also provides an incentive for stopping.
