摘要: To systematically identify the lipophilic constituents of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from different cultivars, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q Exactive Orbitrap tandem mass spectrometry were integrated for component analysis 18 batches 12 cultivars first time. A total 57 components extracts demonstrably or tentatively identified by obtained parent peaks, fragment retention times. In total, two flavonoids, six organic acids, nine coumarins, three aldehydes, seven esters, terpenes, one limonoid, five other compounds detected time; notably, coumarin have not yet been reported in Pericarpium. Furthermore, extract differed between cultivars. particular, acids more abundant Citrus reticulata "Chachi" than pterostilbene was exclusively found "Yichangju". The results showed that a greater variety could be extracted spectrometry. This study provides scientific basis further pharmacological activity quality
