摘要: Choroidal neovascular membrane in the macular area is one of leading causes severe visual loss. Usually a manifestation elderly population, it often associated with age-related degeneration. The current mainstay management early diagnosis, usually by fundus examination, aided angiography and photocoagulation selected cases. Various other modalities treatment including surgery are being considered as alternate options, but limited success. purpose this review to briefly outline concepts strategy from clinician's viewpoint.
