摘要: The finite-temperature magnetic properties of an antiferromagnetic (AF) bond alternating S=1/2 zigzag spin chain with asymmetrical AF next-nearest-neighbor (NNN) exchange interactions in external field are investigated by means the many-body Greens function theory within random phase approximation. results show that when NNN asymmetrical, system exhibit a clear ferrimagnetic ordering at finite temperatures. It is shown behavior attributed to elementary excitations, resulting from competition between frustrations and excitations reduced interactions. mechanism this ferrimagnetism much different common one which originates mixed spins values through antiparallel alignments.
