摘要: Violent ion-atom collisions resulting in the excitation of inner-shell electrons have been studied theoretically and experimentally for many years. Some limiting cases extensively, specifying collision parameters such as energy atomic numbers projectile (Z1) target (Z2). Most early work was related to light-particle impact at moderately low energies.
