摘要: We report on novel ferrogels derived from polysaccharides (sodium alginate and chitosan) with embedded iron oxide nanoparticles synthesized in situ their combination thermally responsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) for externally driven drug release using AC magnetic fields. Samples were characterized by Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, measurements. The obtained found to be of ∼10 nm average size, showing properties very close those the bulk material. thermal response was measured power absorption experiments, finding specific values between 100 300 W/g, which enough attaining lower critical solution temperature polymeric matrix within few minutes. This fast makes these materials good candidates controlled release.
