摘要: A neutron spectrometer for the diagnosis of tokamak plasmas has been built and is now operating at Joint European Torus (JET). The instrument a new type being based on magnetic proton recoil (MPR) technique. As described earlier1 it makes use CH2 target in collimated flux from plasma where some neutrons collide with protons transferring approximately all kinetic energy so that there nearly one-to-one correspondence between energy. pass within physical aperture are deflected magnet, imaged onto focal plane according to their momentum recorded by 1-D position sensitive detector (hodoscope).
