摘要: Objective: To analyze the sociodemographic, gynecological-obstetric, clinical and behavioral aspects related to pregnancy postpartum women submitted bariatric surgery. Method: This is a prospective cohort, with 33 undergoing surgery, in private hospital Minas Gerais. Data collection took place through semi-structured questionnaire, applied telephone calls. The analyzes were performed using Stata software, version 14.0. Results: gynecological-obstetric profile showed that 78.79% of improvement sexual performance after Of these, 51.52% had cesarean section as their route birth. 96.97% did not report complications pregnancy, 76% able breastfeed 69.57% no during breastfeeding. 81.25% any health baby. 63.64% followed up by nutritionist surgery psychologist or psychiatrist. diagnosed Systemic Arterial Hypertension 100% Diabetes Mellitus surgical procedure. Conclusion: procedure positive outcomes, therefore, maintenance these factors way facing new life habits multiprofessional monitoring. Despite proven benefits procedure, it can lead maternal fetal nutritional complications.
