摘要: Dematiopleospora mariae, isolated from Ononis spinosa collected in Forli-Cesena Province Italy, is introduced as a new ascomycete genus and species based on morphology combined LSU SSU sequence analyses. Phylogenetic analysis maximum parsimony (MP), likelihood (ML) Mr Bayes all support being distinct within the Phaeosphaeriaceae. distinguished other genera this family having ascospores whose central cells have longitudinal septa with light end cells, ascomata thick peridium necks comprising short, brown setae. also separates forms sister group Entodesmium Chaetosphaeronema, but these three are clearly separated molecular relatively high bootstrap (89% 99% respectively). The compared similar of Phaeosphaeriaceae comprehensive description, micrographs provided.
