A new method for reactivating the supported deep hydrotreatment CoMo/Al2O3 and NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts after oxidative regeneration

摘要: A new method for the reactivation of CoMo/Al2O3 and NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts deep hydrotreatment diesel fuel after oxidative regeneration stage involves impregnating regenerated with aqueous solutions such chelating compounds as citric oxalic acids, ethyleneglycol, diethyleneglycol subsequent drying. The activity reactivated subjected to treatment can be higher than fresh samples. effect nature amount introduced chelates on IK-GO-1 catalyst in straight-run is studied. Treating an oxidized sample a solution containing both acid glycol at optimum molar ratio total chelate metals (0.5–1.0) yields best results. Regenerated thus enable production ultralow sulfur fuels (10 ppm) initial temperature 10–15°C lower their 3–4°C catalysts.
