摘要: Abstract Highly crystallized BaWO 4 films (45 × 30 mm 2 ) have been prepared by cell electrochemical technique at room temperature. X-ray diffraction measurement reveals that the as-prepared thin a scheelite structure. Under conditions, due to decrease of crystal size and disappearance large clusters, films' homogeneity has improved markedly. With UV excitation peculiar tunable luminescence observed. Investigations uncover exciting energies can be transferred among different emission centers, yellow is probably relevant vacancies Ba in outermost layers films.
