Aromatic polyester coatings and laminates

摘要: A method for coating a non-metallic substrate with polymer solution that includes an aromatic polyester and solvent is provided. By selectively controlling the nature of polyester, present inventors have discovered such solutions can be readily formed, thereby enabling use simpler less complex techniques (e.g., casting) substrates polyesters. Moreover, its relative concentration in also tailored to achieve coatings not only adhere well substrate, but possess good thermal mechanical properties wide variety potential applications.
