摘要: Abstract: The aim of this study is to elucidate the anatomic details pectoral fascia in relation subfascial breast augmentation. Thirty-two breasts Korean cadavers were dissected and studied grossly microscopically. superficial (SPF) was easily undermined separated with an Agris-Dingman dissector. A gentle pushing force by dissector could stretch SPF extend pocket further at lateral border pectoralis major muscle (PM). head stayed inside pocket, not perforating through fascia. Near inferior PM level sixth intercostal space, dissection hard advance down beyond rectus abdominis (RA). Yet a continuous vigorous led into subcutaneous layer abdominal wall over RA. thick continues axillary end muscle. At (sixth space), however, became thin feeble. implants should be placed under SPF, laterally inferiorly glandular tissue below space.
