摘要: The genus Mus encompasses at least 38 species divided into four subgenera: Mus, Pyromys, Nannomys and Co-elomys. subgenus which comprises the house mouse related species, is by far most extensively studied, although speciose. Although relationships within are rather well characterized, those between subgenera still unclear. In present study, phylogenetic analyses of whole were performed using a larger sample than in previous studies, nuclear gene (IRBP) addition to mitochondrial data (cytochrome b 12S rRNA). Members Acomyinae Murinae used as outgroups. Separate combined with maximum parsimony, likelihood Bayesian methods, divergence times estimated. results showed that monophyly each was strongly supported three genes analysis. phylogenies derived from on congruent; however, several conflicting topologies observed such Asian (caroli, cervicolor cookii). Increasing taxonomic sampling did not satisfactorily improve resolution subgenera. addition, molecular calibrations indicate radiation coincided major environmental changes.
