摘要: Abstract Background and purpose The aim of this study was to compare results clipping coiling for aneurysms the anterior circle Willis. Previous studies have not identified a clear superiority one method over other. Material methods group included 165 consecutive patients. assessment took into account risk death, neurological status according scale GOS mRS, incidence early complications quality life measured by own surveys questionnaire EORTC QLQ-C30 v. 3.0. Results Mean follow-up more than four years. Early late treatment after embolization all patients did differ. Evaluation with bleeding demonstrated better outcomes embolization, however statistical significance observed only in terms symptomatic score ( p  = 0.02). For non-bleeding were obtained clipping, but found results: excellent at discharge Conclusions do differ total patients, depending on presence bleeding. Patients achieve coiling, clipping.
