摘要: A novel and efficient strategy for the synthesis of nonisocyanate polyurethanes has been developed via thiol–ene self-photopolymerization. An aliphatic carbamate monomer (allyl(2-mercaptoethyl)carbamate, AMC) was synthesized by a one-step procedure, from cysteamine allyl chloroformate. The urethane group therefore incorporated directly into precursor, avoiding problems associated to toxic isocyanates. AMC successfully stabilized with radical inhibitor pyrogallol (1% wt). In addition, use phenyl phosphonic acid as coadditive allowed its stabilization lower concentrations (0.1% transformed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) through photopolymerization UV-irradiation at 365 nm. obtained TPU presented semi-crystalline nature very high thermal stability (T5% ∼325 °C). It found that decreased reaction rate final conversion photopolymerization. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Chem. 2014, 52, 3017–3025
