摘要: Mineral additives and a method for operating waste-to-energy furnace are provided in order to improve its operational performance availability, increase the lifetime of combustor building materials (refractory walls heat-exchanger metallic tubes) flue gas treatment equipment, ash quality, reduce emissions avoid combustion problems such as agglomeration, slagging, deposition corrosion. A furnace, fluidized bed reactor, pulverized-fuel combustor, grate includes introducing mineral additive into furnace. The further heating at least portion either intimately contact with fuel, that ability induce crystallization surface forming ashes is enhanced, or minimizing fuel ashes, solid-gas reactions between volatile compounds favored power capture inorganic present enhanced.
