摘要: Abstract A novel synthesis of CdSe nanocrystals is presented, which based on the room temperature reaction between selenourea and cadmium nitrate triggered by fast injection a base. long-chain thiol was employed for terminating aggregation species created reaction, obtaining monodispersed particles that were heat-treated in pyridine at 145 °C to grow larger particles. TEM observations optical absorption spectra indicate particle size depends parameters, while XRD shows formation with hexagonal crystal system. The analysis allows proposing first, simple model growth nanocrystals. mechanism seems proceed through cadmium–selenourea intermediate species.
