摘要: Intraductal endoscopy consists of the use an endoscope to directly visualize pancreato-biliary ductal systems. Visual inspection biliary tree is called cholangioscopy, and that pancreatic duct termed pancreatoscopy. There have been significant technological challenges encountered in creating allows direct examination these ducts. However, recently developed SpyGlass visualization system (Boston Scientific Corporation, Natick, Massachusetts, USA) provides technology promises greater opportunity improve diagnosis therapy.
