摘要: Abstract We examine the strategic motivation for international alliance (ISA) formation and partner selection criteria in a sample of 203 Chinese ISAs using questionnaire data obtained from partners. The highest ranked motives firms are maintaining market position, expansion, technology exchange. In contrast, major foreign characterised by penetration learning how to operate successfully China.
