摘要: Abstract Background Soft-tissue therapy is commonly used to manage musculoskeletal injuries. Objective To determine the effectiveness of soft-tissue for management disorders and injuries upper lower extremities. Design Systematic Review. Methods We searched six databases from 1990 2015 critically appraised eligible articles using Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) criteria. Evidence studies with low risk bias was synthesized best-evidence synthesis methodology. Results screened 9869 seven; had bias. Localized relaxation massage provides added benefits multimodal care immediately post-intervention carpal tunnel syndrome. Movement re-education (contraction/passive stretching) better long-term benefit than one corticosteroid injection lateral epicondylitis. Myofascial release improves outcomes compared sham ultrasound Diacutaneous fibrolysis (DF) or DF leads similar in pain intensity subacromial impingement Trigger point may provide limited no additional when combined self-stretching plantar fasciitis; however, myofascial gastrocnemius, soleus fascia effective. Conclusion Our review clarifies role extremity effective treating epicondylitis fasciitis. also managing short-term More high quality research needed study appropriateness comparative this widely utilized form treatment.
